Stevens Creek Corridor Park Project, Cupertino, CA – Rachael was the project manager for the design of the Phase 1A and 1B park improvements. The $8 million project includes 2,600 lineal feet of creek restoration and realignment, a new 3/4 mile long multipurpose trail with multi-use bridge, a reconfigured 800 person group picnic area with upgrades to the pool enclosure and landscaping, a new golf course maintenance building, and a new main parking lot and entry kiosk. Rachael was responsible for all day-to-day design management activities, including plans production, specifications and estimate for construction, processing design change notices, timely response to requests for information, issuance of record drawings and coordinating with the client, design team, local agencies and construction manager.
