Our services have been invaluable in keeping public projects on time and on budget. Our experience includes drafting boilerplate Environmental Coordination and Cooperation specifications for agencies and preparing Technical Specifications for Caltrans highway projects and for BART.

Our skills were key in developing the Environmental Requirements specification for the VTA’s BART Silicon Valley Phase 1 and Phase II projects, and we assisted with the preparation of the specifications for that Design-Build RFP.
